There are no plans to pick. Your monthly price is simply how many active totes you have.
Each month
$50
$50 for your first tote.
Live in a partner building? Your first tote is $40 a month.
1 tote
Another tote is $25 more. That’s it.
Getting a tote back
Need your holiday decorations? We’ll bring that tote home.
Keep it as long as you need, then send it back into storage. Asking for a tote is not cancelling anything. You still have that tote — it’s just at home for a while.

We keep this simple and honest. If we haven’t confirmed something yet, we won’t dress it up.

Some buildings keep empty totes onsite, so residents can grab one without waiting for a delivery. First tote there is $40 a month.
FAQ
The usual questions, answered simply.
Billing starts when we collect your packed tote. Owning an empty tote is not what you pay for. If we bring a stored tote back to you for a while, billing continues while you have it. If you are completely finished with that storage tote, empty it and give the empty tote back. Your monthly price then drops on its own.
